What collaboration looks like from the first Figma review to handoff.

How I work

Predictability matters. The client should not wonder whether the project will be delivered. They should only wonder when the next solid build is coming.

1. Project review

I review the Figma, component logic, section structure, mobile layouts, content editing concerns and the parts most likely to hurt the estimate.

2. Scope alignment

This is where things should be named clearly: what is standard implementation, what needs custom logic and what is simply project risk.

3. Implementation

I build the views, components, WordPress setup, Gutenberg experience and the custom pieces required to finish the job properly.

4. QA and handoff

Final fixes, responsive review, polish and a handoff that does not force the next developer to perform repository archaeology.
